Basic facts are these I won a Nevada pooping horse on 8/27. Paid proptly and waited a week for notiication never heard back. Emailed a few times got 1 email back saying I'll check into it and never hears back. Since it's been one and a half months of no info nor any word of my item being mailed. I don't know what else to do I paid by paypal so I'm going to file a dispute. I emailed the seller to ask for a refund maybe saving me from having to file on paypal. If I don't hear back by wednsday I'll file and see what happens. I figure warn u guys

The ONLY way that paypal will give you back your payment is IF its there to take.
If the guy BSs you enough and get his payment out of paypal and doesnt have a backup, then your screwed. Like I was before when I didnt know any better. A beginner buying coin from a fraudulant seller that 2nd chanced it to everyone that bid and sold the same coin to all of us and never sent one out. He already took the funds and there was no refund and we were all out our money.
