'09 wavy steps

This one is in a place I least expected the wave to be. Maybe it's something else but I think it's te best shot yet for me. What do you think?

After further review; I note that the top steps farther west seem to be broken-up; I don't know about the window sills (whether thei're doubled or not); and matching this coin against others I have, I note that the windows in the east 4th bay are clearly visible, whereas on others there is either none or very little visible. I admit that I have not studied this RDV much so I don't know for sure what the norm is. Please provide input.

It has the look of a normal 2009 cent.

Hi Roller,
I have looked at the possibilities of the 2009(PL) having wavy steps and though possible, it seems unlikely. It is akin to the Jefferson nickel and the steps in Monticello; there is a possibility, but it is unlikely.

In this case, it look like the are that you are referring to has taken a slight hit and that is what you may be seeing.
