This is new one on me.
I tried to debunk it by puncturing it. It won't collapse so is it a new ddr?
Is or isn't...I like it.

It doesn't have any of the diagnostics I can see of a DDR. I measured the spacing between the two anomalies on your pic to see if they match that of the columns, and they do not. As for what it is, I haven't a clue.
