1983 Nickel?

I, obviously, do this forum only. Therefore, excuse the intrusion with the off topic. This is a rather strange nickel I receive in pocket change. If you do not get too bored looking at the pictures, among other things, the S looks doubled.

Even though I have very little extra time, maybe I could I see this in hand if you have time to send it? I am thinking it is from extreme die wear. It is unusual, at least to me...

The mint did a number on it removing a a clash plus like Jason said die wear!!!
