Just found this, my first RPM. I don,t get to many coins with mint marks here in Maryland.

Accually I believe what you have there is an example of mechanical doubling damage, MDD. But let's see what others have to say.

It looks like MD to me to. The MM is the only thing doubled on the obv. I see no sighns of MD on date?

That can happen. MD does not appear on the entire coin usually.
