I'm all for trails selling for higher $$ on eBay - but this seller (bless their heart) might be just a tad inflated at this point...:tinysmile_hmm_t:

At that price the shipping should be free. Oh well.

mwhahahahaha.

That be me fellas. Its the only one listed on ebay. Supply and demand! If I dont find an item I have listed for sale I just stamp a huge price tage on it and then let the offers come in or lower the price each time its relisted. You should see some of the non coin junk Ive bought for 2 bucks and sold for hundreds cause there was nothing like it on ebay.

Now one of you other people who has one should come in and list one for 100 bucks cheaper and someone will be thinking they are getting a bargain and youd make your payday.

Anyway, thought that was funny, you found me out! :sign10:

I live in a pretty small town (next to a historic army base) so I browse the junk stores and buy stuff cheap and sell for a nice markup. Sometimes I just break even but other times I pull out a 100-200% markup. Then I just use the extra cash to feed my coin habit. :D

Im probably gonna pull my coin stuff soon though because one of the local small coin shops rents out space. Ill probably see if I can get it all in there along with all my other coins I have sitting around that I dont want. They pull a cheaper percentage than ebay and selling in a retail store they should go for more.

Watch out for space rent + commission. I used to sell a lot of antiques in addition to coins. A year ago, I was in 4 different antique malls- in April, I did $621 in sales, and had to pay an additional $129 in space rent, and still owed for commission on stuff sold! I hope your local shop is indeed cheaper than eBay, but from Spokane, I'll take eBay.

When I talked to the guy he said it was just a flat rate for the space and then I think he said they take 7% off sales. It was just casual talk, so I will definately get more in depth with him before I go commiting to anything.
