Just found this didn't know if it was some kind of doubling or something else.

I believe you may have found a new variety reverse for 1995-D. Using my resourses I do not find this one being attributed by CONECA, John Wexler, Billy Crawford or B.J. Neff. Coppercoins.com also does not have a listing.

That would be great. :)

Could be a die chip, die clash, or die gauge. I would send it in to someone to look at. If it is a ddr, is rotated around 45 degrees.

I agree on the DDR rotated 45 degrees.

I'm sending it to John Wexler this week. He said it looked like a doubled die to him, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

You are welcome Jeremy. It is not too often you will find a modern day DDR with that much rotation. This is a very nice coin. Good luck on your future searches!
