Need some help on these, are these lamination errors, or what are they? Are they worth more than 1 cent?

Thanks

Louis,
They appear to me to be struck through (probably grease).

By looking at the distortion, and flattened areas, I would say it is post mint damage. Is it possible to get a close-up of the centers of the coins? There looks like they might also have some struck through grease issues as Steven says, but it is hard to tell right now.

After looking at your new pics, I believe Steven hit it on the head. Struck through grease seems to be what happened here.

is this fairly common?

There are plenty of 'struck through grease' errors out there. By the nature of the machinery used, grease would be just about everywhere. The severity of the error is what drives the collectibility. The more letters/devices filled makes for a more appealing coin.
