1998D - Unknown

Here's two 1998's I found.

The first contains a strike on the reverse between the columns and funny enough looks like the shadow of the column at the front of the steps. It's struck from the best I can tell.

The second set is just a question if this is considered a die break.

Looks like it may be lincolns chin or mouth from a die clash.

IS there any collectible value in items such as these?

The clash may be significant to certain collectors. Not worth much, but i keep em cause it's just 1 cent.
