I think this is a 1DO-001 EDS.

Have you tried to match up any of the markers? It could be coppercoins -001 or -003. I also have what I think are two more different DDOs for 1989. I will have to do a little more research on them though before I add them to the site.

I did check coppercoins, this coin has no die scatches on it and no other markers match. I have 2 others 1989-Ps that I can't match to the 3 listed.
just a reminder, I have the 1988 DDO that you want to photograph.
