How much would a 2000-D what i think to be partially unplated worth?

From what I can make out, this is not an unplated, or partially plated coin. It looks as though it has some environmental or corrosive stuff happening to it.

I have seen environmental or corrosion with coins before. I dont think that is the case. the grey metal part is idenictical on both sides.

If the grey metal is the same on both sides, that is further proof that this is not a mint plating issue. Partial plating would be random, and no plating would be complete. There is no doubt in my mind that this is damage and a post mint issue. Do you see any scraping or other damage besides the color differences?

From what I can see I will have to agree with Bob... Looks like PSD... Maybe someone was board and decided to see what they could do to a penny!!!
