I'm the worst at spotting DDs, but it seems the W in "WE"
is doubled. BUT, sometimes proof coins can fool the eyes. I would also call this a large date, but once again, proof coins have different rules than the P & D coins.

Im thinkin large date also. The 7 is not level with the top of the 9.

Large date for sure. At first I thought you were trying to trick us with 3-O-III which is a Large over small, but now I think that it is just a Large date. If it is a DDO, it is very minor. I'm going with plain old Large Date.
