Can't get on forum

For some reason I can't get on the forum unless I go through a proxy server. I get a vBulletin message: We're Upgrading..Be back in a bit. Anybody know whats going on?

It maybe on my side,my new HP crashed Monday and I may not have it set up right. lucky my son in town this weekend maybe he can find out what I setup wrong.
