Pics were hard to take, I could only really focus in on the 5 but hopefully you'll be able to zoom in or enhance the photo on your own.
It is too hard for me to tell from that pic. Here is a pic of mine. It is an ANACS VF 30. On my example, doubling does not show on the date, but shows well on "WE TRUST". Ken Potter has said that this is a very under-rated doubled die. See if you can use my pic, to help you determine if it is DDO 1.

Thanks for the pic, check out coppercoins.com and do a die variety search for 1935, my picture tends to look more like that one. Is it possible that there is more than one variety for that double die?
There a 4 DDO's for that date on Coppercoins.com. If it is a doubled die, that it is probably DDO 1, but you should see doubling on IGWT. You can send your pic to coppercoins and ask Chuck Draughtrey, or submit it to ANACS for certification - it will cost you $17 though.

I did look closer and it is also doubled in the motto

Even with the wear on the date and motto the doubled eyelid to the north on the 1935P 1DO-001 should still show very well.
