1925-S/s/S check out this Mint mark

As I been moving to a new old home I have been finding odd coin I just put into folder&slip and filed odd mint marks. and here is 1.
to me it looks like a small s over a large S and 1 more small s
what do you think?

I think the 1 looks interesting as it looks a little doubled counterclockwise if there is such a thing.

There was only one type of mintmark punch used in 1925, so the large/small S is out of the question. There was a large/small S in 1928 though. The condition of the coin makes it difficult to ascertain what (if anything) is wrong with this coin. My first guess would be die deterioration.

I concur. You have got to love the wheats. There full of different varieties.
