So I received the coins yesterday. The PCGS coins are nice, and I have added them to my registry. The 1954 D/D/D is a nice MS64RD, but not as nice as the one already in my collection. The 1946 D is not a MS67RD, it is a MS64RD. I am selling the 1954 D/D/D and the 1946 D in my "sales" section. The D/D/D is $22 and the 46D is $18. I will probably upgrade the 1955 to a MS66RD sometime in the future. You never know what you are going to find on Ebay.
