1988 D rpm or mdd

I'm not sure if this is a RPM or MDD. Any opinions?

I would think machine doubling, but in the long run, even if it were a RPM, it is a definite throw back due to condition.

Its a HUGE gas bubble or maybe a strike thru from the other side!!!! o and yes an RPM
