For the price tag on this one ($6999) I would rather just buy a certified PCGS 68RD. It is nice to see it in the set from the mint, but they are known to have spots when left that way over the last 21 years. I believe I see such a spot on Lincoln's bust.
Prices on these have certainly stagnated, after a long climb to the top.
