Those look like they are circulated coins, rewrapped at some point...probably not S VDB's. I never trust any of those circulated wheat rolls.

Be glad you didn't waste your money. For one thing, wrappers like that didn't even start to be used until recently (last 10-20 years).

I second that, and what says that there are 1909 VDB's in the center and not just on the ends . Steep Price to pay to find out . Buyer Beware and each to his own.
