Nope, not the same one.
Has anyone ever found or seen a 1960 D with an inverted and backward D above the main D? This *might* be one, but I cannot find any example for comparison.
This anomaly does not show up on a simple photograph.
I know the coin has too many die scratches to count, but they do not seem to occur in semi-circles.
