I found this one today, couldn't match any markers but it looks like it could be an 1DO-006

By the pictures posted I would venture to say "Master Die Doubling" with die deterioration. Does the Liberty show any doubling? Let Bob or someone else take a look.

Heres 2 pics of liberty.
I would venture to say it could be the 006. MDD has occured on both sides of the letters and numbers on the 72's that I have searched. The coin is very worn but still visiable.

I agree. Looks like a DDO to me.
It took me a while to find a picture of it. It is the 006.

I have to agree with the new pictures posted. Nice find, I don't think my ole eyes would have picked it up as a DDO (Senior Citizen Moment Again) from the lst pictures.
