Okay everyone, I am going to try it again.
I figure with enough examples I might just hit on one DDO.
Let me know what you think.

I won't venture to say it's a DDO. I can tell there is MD on the MM. That is common during 70,71,72. I would hope that Bob will shed a little more light as far as a DDO. That is a Good looking BU example Jean.

I believe I am seeing what you are seeing Jean, but what I don't see is any notching on the devices. I would venture to say that this is mechanical doubling...not a DDO. Sorry:(

The $$$ DD is found on the small date cent. The best method that I use to tell the difference is by looking at the 1 and 9 in the date. If the 1 is higher than the 9, then it's a small date and vice-versa.

I wouldn't expect you to give up Jean. That's what makes this hobby what it is. Actually, there is nothing more satisfying to me that to be able to confirm a variety for folks. I don't necessarily shed any tears, but I certainly would rather say yes than no.
