the rareity is fairly rare. seldom offered in any auction site. interest level probably not up to where it should be. worth the money? depends how badly you want it. i'll email later.

I agree. Although this variety had made it all the way to Late Die State (LDS), it has proven to be scarce over the years. The one auctioned seems to be a very nice earlier die state coin. I would say it is worth the price in that die state and condition.

I agree with Bob that the price is fair if it is an EDS in BU.

I sent mine to ANACS. I thought it was an AU. It came back MS 63 RD.
