Sorry for the really newb question, but what is a "prisoner clash"? Is that where you see the "stairs" imprinting on a coin?

Creme, it's when you see clashes of the bays of the memorial on the obverse. They show up as vertical bars around Lincoln, which look like prisoner bars. Search for "prisoner cent" in the search box for threads here.

I've been taking images over the last 15 years. It is just easier to show an example than to explain about them. Not all images are mine. I give credit to the takers and if I forget to put it on the image, I can fix that.

Roger- are you really buying or trading any as you say at the beginning of your thread? You said the same thing in your plea for BU wheats a while back and after sending you a big pile, I dug out some of the earlier dates you needed and were offering to buy- spent a lot of time typing up a list for you and have never heard back.....
