This coin was found in circulation. It would be very hard to try and duplicate a partially plated Lincoln with chemicals Post Mint.

Here is the other example of a Partial Plated for comparison as you will find these in circulation sometimes. As stated in the thread they are hard to duplicate to be partially unplated.
