Hi Roger - while I agree that this coin has a die anomaly, that particular anomaly is not called a filled die. That name is reserved for a die recess that has been filled with grease, junk, etc and does not transfer a design to the coin that it is striking.
What you have here is a very strong die gouge or it may be even a die chip. This occurs when the die looses a piece of itself and the result is extra metal seen on the coin.

I have three of this variety, making this the fourth I know of, but I didn't know what to call it till you weighed in!

I'll send it if you wish, it's a sore spot to me, and if I can get value by trading it away on the cheap to someone who does not have one, I can move on and get another.
You'll like it, though, it's not all that ugly a cent.
