foriegn objects help

hi guys i have found a couple foreign coins that i need help on, i have no foreign books. i know some experts here can help thanks guys. I will put what i know. I would like to send them in but i don't know where.

1971 Mexico $1 Un Peso, KM#460 - Trails?

1950 Germany 10 Pfennig, KM#108 Doubled Die or Die Clash or Struck Through

I would have BJ or Bob look at coin #1 to determine if they are "Trails"

On Coin #2 (if it is not part of the design) it looks as though you have Die Chips or Foreign Metal (Not being funny) struck into the Coin. My best synopsis. Someone else have any ideas?

where can i send this. i have i think like 10 1971 Mexican 1 pesos. This was the only one like this and it is the one in the best condition.

I relied to your PM, but I do think the Centavo is a trails Die. I can attribute it for you. The German coin does have a die chip on it. Pretty funny placement for it though.
