No date Lincoln MS-64 Red/Brown which has been Broad struck and also has a Partial Brockage on the Obverse.
Nice coin Joe. I am wondering not on this coin but how does any grading service determine the MS grade when the area one generally uses isn't there. I have a general idea how to grade a normal coin, I thought I would ask.

I think most grading companies use the ANA standards for grading. There are however some companies who will not assign a grade to error coins. You might send an e-mail to the grading companies and they would respond on how they grade error coins.

Thanks Joe. I didn't know there was a mint in your area? You do have alot of nice error coins.
