If that is the RPM-#1 the price is proably pretty close to the max.

Looks like RPM 13...but that is just a guess. RPM's in PCGS holders are unpredictable. Outside the holder, that coin is worth $25 max.

I would guess the #13 as well but I would rather have an attribution other than minor variety on the slab. Just another opinion.
