Hello all, Its been along time since Iv been at this forum, but I still look at my pocket change.I found this 1992 D can some one please tell me if this coin is a DDR

Im pretty sure its not. I can see what your talking about around the ONE CENT right? Thats not. Its looks like it may be corroded going all around the memorial too.

It may not be corrosion but from the picture it's from the pressure of the die pushing the zinc coating away from the letters. Perhap's this might answer your question.
