Questionable Steel Cent

Never seen this as an existing listed variety, but this Steel Cent looks like a 1943 D/S. Any opinions, comments?

If seen 1943 D's like this on Ebay before. People try to sell them as RPM's and DDO's. I don't think they are either... this effect only happens on Steel cents and it is somewhat common. Your coin is more dramatic than usual. Here are some pics of a 1943 D I have.
