David: I would say EDS. Do you have the RPM Book 2nd ED? If you do look for the markers as described for stages listed in the book. Hope that helps. I would think your coin will grade out pretty good also just from what I see. (Judgemental)

Awesome Find!!! I love that RPM. One of my favorties. So are the fed rolls the clear plastic ones?

Fed Rolls, OBW rolls are all rolled at the Bank. In 1955 the fed used brown paper. I think the plastic came into play aroun 91 or 92.

Plastic clear rolls are usually from Brinks. Im not sure if the FED rolls are rolled at the bank tho. Im thinking the FED rolls are from the FED..lolol

Back in the day: All bag's were sent to the banks. The Bank's then rolled them with there Bank and Location. The FED roll's and the Bank rolls are the same. The plastic is at least 15 yrs. old. I know I have some.

Maybe back then. Coins now are thrown in a counting machine at the bank and sent to the fed. And the banks around here wont give them up for anything:squigglemouth:
