1982 D poss rpm

This one might be a 1982D rpm variety, but I cannot find an example for comparison. It could also be machine/mechanical doubling.
Let me know if you can identify this anomaly.

Its all over the date as well. You can see it very easily. It will most likely be on the IGWT also. Atleast around TRUST

It is a very nice looking coin in hand, but get a magnifying glass on it and all the details are as fuzzy as can be. You can see the doubling does not even show on the rest of the devices.
Check out the pics I just took with the 60X microscope.
Sometimes I think that what one sees is not always what one thinks it is.
I am not trying to contradict anything you fellas say, but this coin does defy logic when one tries to identify the anomalies.
If it were not for the accidental yellow picture, the MDD would have been missed.
Just some thoughts about this crazy coin.
