This is an example of a Mated Pair of Lincoln's. Values of Mated error coins are impossible to categorize. Since no two will ever be alike, and sales are so few and far between each pair will command an individual price.
The coins that make up the pairs are extremely difficult to locate.
Coins #1 of this 1999 1C Mated Pair Set has been Double Struck and has a Uniface Reverse on the 2nd Strike. The second strike on this coin matches the Indent on Coin #2. Coin #1 is Graded MS-63 Red.
Coin #2 of this 1999 1C Mated Pair Set has been Broadstruck and is Brockaged on the Obverse which matches the 2nd strike of coin #1. Coin #2 also is Graded MS-63 Red.
It's a shame they are not 1999 Wide "A M".:sign10:

Very cool Joe. I guess I got one question though. When these coins get to 'mating' can they do so right at the mint, or do they have to get a room:)

:(Since it doesn't happen very often no room reservations are required, however Mint Personnel must wear blindfolds when the bell rings that things are about to happen.:LOL_Hair:
Why Not!!!!! It's almost X-Mas.

:)Sure is and the "The Error Coin Encyclopedia" says " The odds against locating the correct pair to mate are astronomical." They are talking about checking off -center cents to find the correct matching pair.
If you had access to mint sealed bags your chances would improve somewhat especially if the bags were from the same production date. However you have to figure out how many presses they were also running for that time period, as the coins from the presses would be mixed together.:tinysmile_eyebrow_t Thank You for comments also PENNY MAN:)

Oh Boy Joe... things are getting a little bit warm around here.
To think of what goes on behind closed doors in the US Mint. Phew!
Oh, by the way, super nice coins.
