This is kinda unusual. With such a large clip on the planchet you would think there would be alot of loss on the weight.
This coin is raw and weighs 2.4 Grams and is Broad Struck on a Large Clipped Planchet. It is also a "D" Mint Mark which is unusual as there quality control was pretty good during this time period.
