This is a 1980 Doubled Die Obverse Lincoln Cent which is graded as
MS-64 Red (FS-034) FS-01-1980-101.

Strong doubling is evident on the date and this coin shows Strong Notching on LIBERTY. There is virtually no doubling visible on IN GOD WE TRUST.

This coin represents a EDS as there is heavy die polishing on the reverse below the memorial.

Nice - did you find this or buy ?

I like the NGC labels with the FS number instead of the VP numbers

I found this in OBW roll several years ago.

I quit using NGC because they started using VP numbers. If they don't have a VP number say for a 2006 DDO-017 coin they encapsulate it as a normal coin. They have not updated there listing as far as I know for awhile.

However I will use them for error coins sometimes.
