Hello,
I read that a proof 1990 with no mint mark, is worth keeping.
How about a circulated 1990 with no mint mark, would that be worth keeping?
thank you .

The 1990 Proof was supposed to bear the S mintmark. If you find a Proof 1990 without the S, it is worth big bucks (Approx $3,000 in PF65). A normal circulated 1990 with no mintmark denotes it was struck at the Philadelphia mint, and there were almost 7 billion of them. So to answer your question, a circulated 1990 with no mintmark is worth about a cent, and not worth keeping.
