As of today this is the only PCGS Graded John Quincy Adams $1.00 Blank Planchet that has been encapsulated with the (2008) Date.

It is graded as MS-62, Type II Blank Planchet.

This Planchet was found by the PCGS Graders in a sealed J. Quincy Adams $1.00 Brick (Box) that had been submitted by a dealer to PCGS to have all of the coins graded.

This coin compliments this coin in this thread:

This Blank Planchet above also is the only one to be Encapsulated and Dated with Mint Mark by PCGS to this date for the Monroe $1.00 series.

:tinysmile_hmm_t: A sealed Mint Box of $1.00 coins. They are sent to the grading company totally sealed, never been opened.
This is the only way you can get a blank Planchet dated, graded and tagged on encapsulation. :tinysmile_eyebrow_t
