For you and anyone else interested in a good cause. Mustbebob (Bob P) sponsors/Teaches Boy's and Girl Scouts for there Coin collecting Merit Badges.
If you would like to donate extra Lincolns (Varieties, RPM's, OMM's, Semi Key dates, Blanks, Planchets) or anything that can be added to rolls for the scouts to search for and identify I am sure Bob would appreciate the donations for such a good cause.
If you are interested in donating or have questions just PM Bob. (If you can't reach Bob, PM me).
I am not a spokesman for Bob and his Scouts I just find it a worthwhile cause when I can help bring the younger generation into the coin collecting realm. FUTURE ROLL SEARCHERS!!!!!!

First of all, I want to thank you Joe for the advertisement. To verify what Joe has already told you, I do indeed sponsor a girl scout, and a boy scout troop for their collecting merit badges. Over the past few years, I have taught over 125 kids. In the past I had bought complete Lincoln cent Whitman folders for each child. They are now being donated.
I also supply each kid with anywhere from 15-20 rolls of wheatie and memorial rolls so they can start filling their books. Many years ago, I also used to go to a local juvenile detention facility to see if I could get them interested in something a little less violent. 3 of those individuals have become avid collectors, and I am sure some of you have chatted with them here or there without ever knowing what they did in their young lives. I will not profess to be a Dr. Phil or anything like that, but there is extreme satisfaction in what I do. I only had one child by marriage, but I have hundreds of kids that I hope I was able to teach something to.
Anyway, I have also taught them (the scouts) about variety and error collecting. Just last month, between Joe and myself, I salted individual rolls with RPMs, doubled dies, errors, Indian head cents etc. There have also been some higher value coins put in there like the 1994P DDR-001, 1995P DDO-001 (multiples) 1936, 1955D, 1941 and numerous other nice coins for them to find. I taught them how to research and attribute their coins.
I read these posts, and smile when I read of the excitement you folks feel when you find something nice, but I tell you....that hardly compares to the look and sounds of the excitement of these scouts when they find something a little 'out of the ordinary' in their rolls.
I am not necessarily soliciting coins, but if you folks care to donate extra varieties or errors, I will certainly not say no. The next two groups start on the 17th of January, and Joe has already given about a gazillion coins to add to the pot. I will not give them coins the first week as it is orientation, but will be giving them rolls in the subsequent weeks. For some reason, this has become a very popular merit badge here. I wonder why??
Thanks for letting me rant on here. I am very passionate about what I do.
That is outstanding Bob!
I have a bunch of stuff I can send (blank planchets, error coins, bunch of duplicate varieties, etc.).
I have since gotten a new computer and have misplaced your mailing address.
Could you PM me your address and will get a package off to you. Hope you can use the stuff.
Keep up the great work and keep us informed if you need anything.

What a wonderful way to help youngsters!
I have a young fella in MN who I was helping with his merit badge. He started a coin club but is having difficulty getting others interested. Hopefully it will improve.
I am going through my coins and will get some in the mail to you asap.
