Has anyone else ever seen a 2003 off center? I did a lot of searching about a year ago when I got it and didn't find one or even a reference to one using google. I also searched ebay current and completed auctions. The only place I saw one was ha.com archives, but it was part of a complete set. Is it not as rare as I thought?

Okay, but I think it is a nice coin anyway.

It was in a bag of errors I bought a couple of years ago from a local dealer that told me "I don't know anything about cent errors". Eariler that day a retired bank teller sold him the bag that she accumulated over her working years. It had about 25 coins in the bag. The dealer pulled out a Red Book used the pricing in the back, I think it was about $3.50 per so that's what I paid. :)
