"Warning" message?

I'm trying to access the attribution forum to post a new thread and I'm getting a "warning" however if I click on a post I can get through. It's also occurring on a few of the other forums under that block. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you.

I noticed this yesterday but it's only the header of the page. I just went to "attributions" on got the same thing but I scrolled down and everything was there along with the "new thread" button. Can you scroll down on yours?
