If my answer wasn't based on value, that's a tough question. I need a while to think about this.
1974 Aluminum and a good trust worthy fence to the stars and a secret transaction in the heart of switzerland. :)

I chose the 1943 bronze. Off-metal and a transitional at the same time. Too cool! I don't want the one that has a big gouge on Lincolns head though.

Make mine a 1924-D in MS-66 or higher quality.

My vote is for the 1922 no d. A total mint errror, literally a screwup. Dirt, grease in the dye. A failed attempt to repair. Different varieties of the a coin. Weak reverse, strong reverse. Mushy letters. Jammed L in Liberty. Weak 2's in 1922. The coin for being an error is an absolute wreck. A year that was not even minted in Philly. There it is, No D, tell someone it's not minted in Philly, and you're likely to cause an argument. And yes I just had to go out and buy one.

You guys will think i'm crazy but.... I want two coins I don't have... a 1930-'s New CONECA listing and a 1960-'s new CONECA listing with either a "D" or "S" mintmark... I have a new discovery from every other century, ops I don't count the 1909-S...

I tell you what... If you find a 1958 DDO 1, and I find a new 1960's RPM....I'll trade you...and you can say you found it.

I don't have any of them, but since I was a kid I have always been fascinated by the 55 DD...

There's nothing crazy about that Eric. I wish you luck. That would be so cool. I'd be happy to have even one discovery from a single decade. I had one from September 28th, 2007 until November 21st, 2007 when my 1989 RDV-005 was delisted by CONECA as an abraded die. I know what it feels like. Iwant that feeling back. BAD!

Best of luck to you too Fender.:D
I would like the 58 D/D #1 also. I guess since I hadn't heard of this particular Variety until now. Who has the picture?

I don't think there will be any problem in recognizing this one if you find it. Would be nice if someone here did find one of these.
I would have already looked if I'd known about that variety. Perhap's someone here will find one. Does anyone know how many were produced from that die?
