1993 d

Just found a 1993 D with what appears to be fairly offset doubling of almost everything on the obverse. The doubling is east and slightly south on all numbers of the date, mm, and liberty and above IGWT. Im going to go take some photos now, but has anyone heard of this one before?

PS- found a 1997 double ear in the same roll!
