Pretty sure this is a 1961D 1MM -001
Die scratch above the R in Liberty on the Obverse and the "X" die scratch below the first S in States on the reverse appear to match.
Only concern is that nothing appears to match by Column 12 comparing the pics to those on Chuck's site.
Different die stage?
