Any suggestions for equipment, techniques people are using get decent photos easily of Lincoln Cents in your collection?
I have been using a cheesy Intel microscope which makes a beautiful Full Red MS Lincoln look pink... And my flat bed scanner won’t cut the mustard.
( Take a look at my recent photo album . you'll see what I am refering to. )
Wondering what is working good for you ?

I waited till i'd sold enough coins to buy a scope off of ebay. It's a cheap scope, but it was well worth it. I don't even use the cheesy camera that came with it. I just put my digital right up to the lens.

I'm using an Omano scope with a Omano 1.3 Megapixel Scope Camera. It does pretty good. here's a pic sample

For other shots, I use a Canon Digital Rebel XTi with either the 55mm USM lens or the standard lens. Here's an example with the USM Lens

I use a Cannon LIDE 600 Scanner and it does a pretty nice job for what it cost and when you consider all of the other uses. That scope thingy though takes one sweet up close shot!
