Any thoughts on this one? It doesn't seem to me to be a struck through grease (doesn't look right). Could this be a late state die cap?

Looks like there's some doubling of Liberty with a nice spread also. I haven't spent much time studying die caps but this looks to be one to me. I know someone with more experience in these will say for sure...nice find!
