Nice find! I have three, the earliest is what I believe to be "stage c" with a clear die clash under the chin.
One question: I assumed "stage a" didn't have the die chip in the upper part of B in LIBERTY - is it assumed that it occurred very, very early on (VEDS)?

Thay would be Obverse Stage C die marker and yes upper chip in B is assumed to be VEDS..

Die Markers from the Wexler doubled die files are as follows

Obverse Stages:

A - die chip upper B of LIBERTY
B - Die chips in upper and and Lower B , aas well as lower R of LIBERTY
C - in upper R of LIBERTY. Die clash mark at Lincoln's throat

Reverse Stages :

A - Die scratch upper right side of O in ONE north northeast to B in PLURIBUS. A long die scratch southwest beginning at left side of right wheat through A of STATES and curving to and thru the RI of AMERICA. Also a die scratch from lower left N of ONE north notheast to second U in PLURIBUS.
B - the above markers are much weaker.
C - Stage A markers are gone except for a section of the die scratch through thatA of STATES to RI of AMERICA. In addition there is a die clash near the lower C of CENT...
