What's up with this DDR. This mahes me wonder about the truth of these so called varieties. Someone explain how these happen.

I do not personally believe in DDR's that only exhibit doubling on Lincoln. I have never heard a convincing arguement as to how the columns would show no doubling, but Lincoln's knees would. I think that your coin is a result of a die scratch, a die break, a die crack, or a combination of these. It think that most modern "so called ddr's" are more like the wavy steps or trails varieties in that they are the result of the single squeeze and not doubling. How the single squeeze creates trails, wavy steps, and doubled knees is still a mystery to me...

30x. I just stick a n old samsung 4 mp camera up to one of the eyepieces to get the pic. I got the scope off ebay for like $175. I like it, and for the price i had to get it.

What i think your coin is the EXTRA BAR and also i see GAS BUBBLE from lincoln's head over....I have several of these and with DOUBLE KNEE'S and EXTRA FEET.

I don't think bubbles are broken up by the coins design. They ussually continue through it.
