Do you think this is a 1919S-rpm-001?

The only place I could find a good picture of the 001 is in James Wiles' CD Book, "Coneca Top 100 Lincoln Cent RPMs and OMMs". It is a tough call, but I think your coin's mintmark is farther south and west of the date than the one in the book. I am not accounting for the loop of the bottom of the S under the 001's mintmark, mainly because I think your coin has more wear and that part could have been rubbed away over time.
Of course, someone might come along and blow this explanation out of the water... so you might want to wait before you make a final decision. Maybe a new 1919 S rpm has been discovered since this book was assembled...
I hope this makes some sort of sense...
Jean

I am attaching some photos of a 1919-S RPM #1 that I have in my collection, this one is certified as AU 50 by ANACS. Hope that these photos help.

The Die Markers for the 1919-S are as follows:

Stage A: Wide but light secondary mintmark -EDS

Stage A: Reverse is MDS

Stage B: Medium Secondary Mintmark- MDS
Reverse is LMDS
Stage C: Weak Secondary Mintmark-LDS
Reverse is LDS

The coin in my collection appears to be either a Stage C coin or a very weakly struck example. There is also a Doubling of TRU in Trust and the lower half of the US is very weak. I am not sure if this is some kind of an early MD or what. It is a very interesting coin for the condition.

If you notice the mm on my cent is north/north I guess this might be a MD.
