Need you members to look @this 1972.Has some of the markings of the # 4 ddo.some die marks from the n in united,rim die crack between 8:00-10:00.Is it or not.Take a look please.....ken.

By your pictures Ken I would say it is not Die #4.

The photos are really not clear enough to say for sure, but I agree with Joe that it doesn't look like die #4. It actually looks like it is probably the master doubled die obverse judging by the look of GOD and BER of LIBERTY.

Look at the B in Liberty--dead giveaway. Has that notorious hump on it. It's the
master die one.

After looking closer @ the pics you suggested,i agree that this 1972 is not the die #4.Thanks for your imput......ken.

No, as this particular doubling is present on 50-60% of all 1972 P-D-S Lincolns

No real value but they are a keeper. I have 121 put up that I have kept and when I do find a fairly nice one I do keep it.
